 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email as soon as possible at support@bagsofmilano.com. We will provide you with return instructions by the next business day. You must contact us by email before returning any items in order to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges are subject to payment of any cost difference for the item (if applicable) as well as any additional shipping charges (A flat fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States and $45 for International exchanges). All exchanges are a final sale. If you have received your purchase for more than 7 days, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Return your unused merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date at your expense.
Provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise.
We recommend that your return package is insured. BagsofMilano is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our fulfillment center.
NEW CONDITION DEFINED
Your purchase is shipped to you in new condition. All items must be returned to us in the same new and unused condition. This must include any dust bags, care cards, authenticity cards and boxes that came with the item(s). We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked or misused in any way.
REFUNDS
A 5% return processing fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied on all returns (not exchanges). Shipping fees are non-refundable. An additional $15.00 fee will be applied on all returns that received free shipping. In the event of an undeliverable or refused package, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return including a 10% return processing fee. Once your package has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed. Please allow your banking institution up to 30 days to post the credit refund to your account.
