
Returns
At BagsofMilano.com, we understand that gift-giving is not always easy, so we offer you an easy returns policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item(s) to us within 7 days from the day of the delivery and we’ll process a return for a refund. Due to our below-retail pricing, all returns for a refund are subject to a 10% return processing fee from the purchase value (this fee covers our credit card, shipping and other costs to restock each item). Shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take up to 7 business days thereafter for the credit to show on your credit card statement. Check with your issuing bank directly for their policy on refunds.

Exchanges
All unused item(s) may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days from the day of the delivery. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, an adjustment will appear on your billing statement, should the item you choose be of greater value. Shipping charges will apply for the exchanged item(s) as follows: A flat fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States ($45 for International exchanges). Please note coupon codes, promotions, offers and discounts do not apply for exchanged item(s).

Please note we cannot accept any returns or exchanges past the 7 day delivery time frame.
How to return or exchange an item
1). Contact us by email at support@bagsofmilano.com within 2 days of the day of the delivery. We will provide you with return or exchange instructions by the next business day. Print and fill out completely the "Return form" below so we can process your return or exchange promptly. Mail the "return form" along with the item you are returning to the address we provide you.
2). All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any dust bags, care cards, authenticity cards and boxes that came with the item. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in any way. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our returns requirements, and in such event, the items will be shipped back to your address.
3). Return your item via USPS Priority Mail, or an equivalent carrier. Make sure that your package is insured and trackable for your protection. Email us with the tracking number as proof of return.
Note: We do examine each item before it is packed and shipped to you to ensure top quality. If for some reason, you feel that you received a defective item, you may send it back to us within 7 days from the delivery date of the package, and we will exchange it with a new item. Contact us by email at support@bagsofmilano.com within 2 days from the delivery date of the package for approval. After this period we will not accept any returns due to this reason. We are not responsible for negligence or misuse of the product by the customer.
