PAYMENT - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We accept American Express and PayPal for international orders. If you require payment with Visa or MasterCard, please choose PayPal as your payment method. A PayPal account is not required. For security reasons, we only ship to the verified billing address listed on the account. The billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent. IMPORTANT - BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express require Billing Address Verification prior to processing. For security reasons, we only ship to the verified billing address or verified alternate address listed on the account. The billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent.
If the billing and shipping address are different, please be sure both addresses are listed with your credit card issuer before placing an order.
1) Contact your credit card issuer at their customer service department. Their contact information is located on the back of your card.
2) Let them know that you would like to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information will remain on your account for future orders. If your card does not allow a 2nd address for shipping, it is beyond our control**.
Shipping to a different address may delay order processing since it requires more personal attention and additional steps to contact the credit card issuer for authorization.
If we cannot verify your billing or shipping address, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. We do not charge your credit card if we cannot verify the order information.
Please understand that these are security regulations for internet orders and card-not-present transactions. They have been established by Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express to ensure your account's security.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you place the order, we hold the item for you and pay credit card fees to process your order. We also reserve that item for you and do not sell it to others. Therefore once the order has been placed there will be a 4% fee to cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Our return policy will be applied in this case.
