BagsofMilano.com welcomes our International customers and has some special shipping rates for International orders. All packages are shipped with USPS or FedEx, depending on your location and availability in our warehouses. International Shipping is a $45.00 flat rate fee per order. Shipping to Canada is a $25.00 flat rate fee per order. Packages are shipped the following day* after payment is complete and estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days. Orders completed over the weekend or on official holidays will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email from our system with tracking information once your order is dispatched. The delivery time stated is applied after the order has shipped and is approximate. The speed of delivery will depend on time spent in the U.S. Postal Service, in customs clearance and in the postal delivery system of the recipient's country.

*On rare occasions, after you click Checkout, an item in your cart may be out of stock. This happens because placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item, and if other shoppers place their orders before yours, the item could sell out. If an item becomes out of stock, your order will be placed on back-order status, and you will be notified by email of the estimated shipping day. If an item is sold out, your order and payment will be voided and you will be notified by email.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
After we ship the order to you, a tracking number will be sent to your email. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update on the respected carrier's website.
Please note that USPS does not provide full tracking information for Priority Mail shipments. The United States Postal Service does however provide delivery confirmation status. This means that once your package has been delivered, and possibly at one or more stops between drop off at the post office and delivery, your status will update. Please give the USPS a normal delivery time to deliver your package.
Since all packages are considered high value, they will require a signature before delivery.
CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES
You, the buyer, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from BagsofMilano.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.

For security reasons, and to protect your privacy, we will only ship your order to your billing address. The billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent. If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by email that the order could not be completed. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed. We rely on a heavily automated process to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed and paid.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email at support@bagsofmilano.com within 2 days of receiving your order for approval on returns. We will provide you with return instructions by the next business day. The unused item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date of the package. After 7 days your sale is final.
EXCHANGES
All unused item(s) may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days from the day of the delivery. After 7 days your sale is final. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item and are subject to payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping charges (A flat fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States and $45 for International exchanges). Contact us by email at support@bagsofmilano.com within 2 days of receiving your order for approval on exchanges. We will provide you with exchange instructions by the next business day. All exchanges are a final sale.
REFUNDS
A 4% return processing fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied on all returns (not exchanges). Shipping fees are non-refundable. An additional $15.00 fee will be applied on all returns that received free shipping. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
NOTE
All items must be returned back to us in new and re-saleable condition. This must include any dust bags, care cards, authenticity cards and boxes that came with the item. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked or misused in any way. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our returns requirements, and in such event, the items will be shipped back to your address.
Please return your item via USPS Priority Mail, or an equivalent carrier. Ensure that your package is insured and trackable for your protection. Email us with the tracking number. Thank you.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us 'unclaimed' (due to an incorrect address provided, a change of mind, failure to pick it up from the post office or the carrier being unable to deliver), we will not be responsible for the original shipping fee(s), re-routing fees or any additional shipping fees to reship your item(s). If an unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer, it will be considered a return and, as such, a 4% return processing fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied to the refund. Original shipping fees will be non-refundable. Alternatively, if the unclaimed package is still wanted by the customer, we will reship the item(s). The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee(s).
